Please be advised that on March 25, 2015, NTN Corporation and its U.S. subsidiaries (hereafter “the companies”) have received a letter from U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust division that the companies are no longer subjects of grand jury investigation into the activities of companies in the bearings industry.

In November 2011, NTN's U.S. subsidiary received a grand jury subpoena in connection with the sales of bearings. The companies have cooperated with the DOJ investigation.

We will continue promoting business activities through fair and faithful competition in compliance with all laws and regulations, social norms, ethics, and in-house rules, etc.
