Search of NTN Corporation

NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) was the target of a search conducted by the Special Investigation Division of Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office and the Japan Fair Trade Commission on April 20, 2012, on the grounds of violation of the Japan Antimonopoly Act.

NTN is taking this search seriously and with the greatest of concern, and will continue cooperating with the investigation with the relevant authorities.
