On-site Inspection by the European Commission

On November 8 (local time), representatives from the European Commission visited NTN-SNR ROULEMENT (Annecy, France) and NTN Wälzlager (Europa) GmbH. (Erkrath, Germany), consolidated subsidiaries of NTN Corporation, to gather information about possible anti-competitive behaviors among certain bearing manufacturers.

NTN has a strict Code of Conduct which prohibits anti-competitive behaviors and is cooperating with the investigation.
