Change of the company name of SNR (subsidiary in France)
SNR ROULEMENTS (hereinafter referred to as “SNR”), a consolidated subsidiary of NTN Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “NTN”) reached a decision to change the company name to NTN-SNR ROULEMENTS during its general shareholders’ meeting today(July 22, French time).

3. Reason for the Change
| NTN first acquired capital in SNR in March 2007, and raised its share of it to 51% by April 2008, resulting in making it its consolidated subsidiary. In April 2010, it raised its share further to 80% to strengthen the network of the NTN group. In order to reinforce the network of development, production and sales, we have decided to change the name of SNR. |
